Back to Hell.

Well, I have two hours left in my half-term holiday and I plan on spending it in the bath and in bed watching Gossip Girl. I enjoyed myself last night though which makes tonight's boredom worth it.
We all went to Georgia's last night, and it was just what we needed. The girls night in we'd all deserved (thankfully there's a cheap off license in Lemington so Georgia's dad took us down to get the alcohol). Me, Megan, Georgia, Milly, Francesca and Jasmine all on one bed, with alcohol? The amount of things we told eachother (and the amount of Georgia and Milly I saw!) was unreal. A lovely little counselling session before had to go back to hell.
I'm signing off now for hair-washing and Upper East Side worshipping. Early night? Not going to happen.

Living the high life.

To be honest, I'm not the kind to really care much about, well, anything really. I'm more a live and let go kinda girl, but at the minute I'm not happy. There seems to be nothing going on anywhere and I need some sort of excitement or something to look forward to, to convince me that there is a point as to why I trudge through life with no passion for anything (except Jake Gyllenhaal of course).
Along with that is the cosmic bitch slap which informs me it'll be years before I'm living the high life like I want to. Years before I have my Chanel and Dior and *sigh* Marc Jacobs. Nobody can tell you what will happen in life and you have to sort of work it out yourself, but I'm not okay with how little is going on. I need fun and I need it now. My life is a constant loop of coursework, nagging and disappointment from dickheads whose ego needs to deflate just a little bit.
The most irritating this is how totally unsupportive people are. Of course it doesn't really matter because I know Mum will always be there for me, but it would be nice if other people believed in my dreams. The more people shit on my aspirations, the more I visualise them working behind the counter in McDonalds. Lucky them eh? Trust me, I won't be putting my Gucci down on their greasy counters!

I need HELP.

I'm getting a tattoo this week, but I don't know whether or not it's allowed? I want a small Chanel logo behind my ear, but I'm not sure, is that illegal? Because my uncles all have the Newcastle United logo and my Business Communications teacher has the Ibiza Rocks sign on his ankle, but I don't know whether or not Chanel is ok, with it being designer? I really need help!

Fate!

I reckon fate has been saving itself up for today. There has been so many chance meetings between me and Jake, that it is unreal! First thing this morning was probably the best; nothing to start your day like that! I've been on cloud nine all day, I could not be any happier.
Now I'm going to settle down with a vodka and coke, and watch Gossip Girl with my Mum.

Anti-Valentines Day.

Well, tonight is the night that me and my girls shit all over the wonderful dates of loved up couples. We're letting loose on the city and first on our list is a beautiful Chinese restaurant. No doubt it will be full of loved up couples, and so we're going there to basically ruin the atomsphere.
Single yet happy about it, we're not in the mood for pansy lovers and roses with red hearts and chocolates everywhere. No thank you. I will only settle for Jake Gyllenhaal or George Craig and seeing as neither of them have asked me to be their Valentine (yet) I refuse to take part in any of the ridiculous trends.
Now that my rant is over, I am going to go and have a lovely bath, and then watch a film (not soppy and preferably with Jakey in it). Then start getting ready so all those attached people out there will be regretting that they settled down. Love it!

Valentine's Day slump.

If my calculations are correct, we have four days left until my least favourite day of the year. Why is there one day totally dedicated to sickening people who have 'fallen in love'. I have fallen in love but I assure you, pigs will fly before I get a Valentine's off him this year! True thing is, the love is not reciprocated. Which sort of explains why I'm so bitter about it.
I don't hate couples. I don't even hate the fact I'm single (not much anyway) but there is a limit of how much lovey-doveyness a girl can take. I am a very understanding person but if College decides that this year they're going to sell flowers again, I'm going to shoot them. Which they'll probably take with love.
However, to pull me out of a Valentine's Day slump, I am celebrating Anti-Valentine's day on Saturday with my three favourite girls (minus Lucy but what can you do?). Times are tough for these hard decisions. Especially when I have to find something to wear and I've only allocated Saturday morning to do it. Fuck. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Shit ...

I've totally neglected my blog again but it's so tiring being a Year Eleven. The only free time I get is spent sleeping (and shopping, and partying but that's quite enough of that!) so forgive me for not updating as much as I used to.
So much drama has gone on lately and I need to vent my frustrations on someone who won't answer me back. So, I'm pretty much down the shitter on the whole 'relationship' thing. Maybe it was my fault or maybe he couldn't haul it but whatever the case, it's over now. Done. Finished.
Personally I blame Jemma, the other girl. Or was I the other girl? It's not the point really but it's nice to know where you stand with someone isn't it? Anyway, I have had a therapy session with Ash and Jade and now I feel much better and I know that I am better than him. Or so they say.
I think what people (me.) need to realise is that nothing is like the films make it out to be, and we will probably all step in love before we fall in it. I just wish this time nothing had stopped me. *reaches for the tissues and Ben & Jerry's again*

Bye bye Math.

I am looking forward to going back to school tomorrow, because it is so-long, au revoir, arriverderci to Math class. I'm done with it, and I will happily settle with my 'B' grade thank you very much.
I'm not going through the stress of a Math exam in June, along with all the rest so I'm going to go to Mrs Lant's class instead and work on my Art, which needs to be done! Which reminds me I'm starting the new project in my compulsory class. Shit.

Ah 2011 ...

I can't help but wish it was still 2010. To me, it feels no different, but all of a sudden, school have started piling work on us and stressing about exams. I'm all about organization and I even understand they want us to do well (statistics are all in the newspapers remember?) but screaming at me because I have my iPod in, isn't going to get me an A* in Science is it?
Actually, speaking of, if I have a C or above in Maths and English, they can bury themselves before I re-sit. As long as I can add, subtract and mulitply, I'm sorted and the only Science I know is about beauty products and humans. The latter is simple and the first, I don't care, as long as it looks good.
SO, all in all, GCSE's aren't freaking me out, but Hurricane Teachers are!

Google knows nothing.

Well, I sat here in my humble abode, ill as they come. It's unfortunate, so close to Christmas but I blame my Mum entirely, because she forced me into going all the way to West Denton with her to go to Morrisons and it was so busy. I nearly fainted in the juice aisle which is embarrassing enough but then when I did actually pass out in the yoghurt aisle, it was even worse.
There was so many people in there, I tell you, Mothers don't go to Iceland, they go to Morrisons, take it from me. What can you do?
Also, I am annoyed at Google. I image-searched for JB Gill and I ended up with a picture of Siva Kaneswaran. I mean, I like a bit of Siva as much as the next girl but I did hope to find JB not him!

Four days.

It's four days until Christmas! I am right in the festive mood now, which I wasn't before, which I am hoping has something to do with my wonderful idea of painting my nails red and reading The Gift by Cecelia Ahern. I made a playlist too, on my iTunes, full of the songs that remind me of Christmas. Slowly but surely it's working.
I've not done much today again, I only went out to see Megan because her family are whisking her away for Christmas this year. We wrapped presents and watched Love Actually and it was a nice little afternoon we had ourselves. I loved it. I can't believe she's going away though - it's weird thinking that the next time I see her it will be 2011.
I could probably sleep until Christmas, if I wanted to (or let myself). I'm sure it wouldn't be hard, given how tired I am at the moment. There's nothing on TV and I'm not, under any circumstances, going out in the snow either, so I'm in bed. Wonderful.
At least on Thursday I have a proper excuse to get dressed up a bit, because we're going on a festive group outing to The Gate for a meal. I am dying to get out of the house and actually do something so I have that to look forward to, which means I get to see Connor before Christmas too.

I'm slacking.

I'm slacking off on this blog business. In my defence, I have had a lot to do, and Christmas shopping is killing me slowly. Also, I've been gallivanting in Yorkshire with a few teachers and my best friends, writing to our hearts content. Maybe not some as much as others.
I have since discovered that I am not, under any circumstances, a country girl. I am a city girl, born and bred, and the moors of Yorkshire did not cut it for me. Newcastle will always be in my heart. I was dying to get home. True to form, as soon as I did eventually get home, I was dying to go back to Yorkshire. The only thing I really detested was the lack of Christmas there! There was no tinsel, no trees, no nothing. It upset me to the highest degree. I even went into the tiny village of Hepton Stall (I swear the graveyard was twice the size of the village, because once you settled there, you never fucking left). Anyway, there was no Christmas decoration anywhere.
I made sure I took my Santa decoration, and he sat pride of place on the chest next to my bed. I was up in the attic so everyone took advantage of the fact my room was the hottest and sat for hours in my bedroom. Lovely to have company but murder when I wanted to sleep.
None of that matters though, because I am home, and after a nice shopping trip with Layla (she bought me some new M.A.C make-up!) I am tucked up in bed with Harry Potter and a cup of tea. Misfits Christmas Special is on at ten, so I really am getting spoilt today.

Relief!

Tomorrow is the first day without exams that I've had in a while. Last week was stress-city with all the GCSE's I had but tomorrow is a brand new week which will be a total doss. Most of the week I'll be doing virtually nothing - and don't I need it?
I'll just be counting down the days until Harry Potter is released. I do have a love for Ron Weasley which cannot be explained.

We call ourselves 16 year olds.

Well, we've had an eventful night. Me, Jade and Robyn slept at Sophie's and before anyone thinks anything, we weren't actually drunk. The closest we came to alcohol is the Carling and vodka we put in a class of Coke. With blackcurrant juice. And mint imperials and Haribos. Added some Maltesers. Then the rest of the prawn crackers. We're disgusting. Shamefully we actually tasted it - I wish I hadn't. I missed The X Factor because I was busy helping Robyn fit as many maltesers in her mouth as we could manage and then started on me (I got 11, she got 10!) If that was impressive, Sophie took the bag off us and decided to beat that (she shovelled 15 in her mouth!) For a small girl she was invincible with them maltesers!
Well, after that melted chocolate fight and a very late night, I need a bath, some breakfast and to go back to sleep so I'm gonna shove on my clothes and get going!

On an evening in Romaaaaaaaa!

Bless. Me and Jade are lying, tucked up in bed watching films. Eventually the fireworks have stopped because I'm not too fond of those. Eventhough Adam did say that Firework by Katy Perry reminded him of me, which was so sweet. And worrying at the same time but what's a girl to do?
I have had such an amazing day, I really have. Tomorrow I will become less rich than I currently am but I could by a boat and not see a dint in my cash!
Well, I'm off for the night because I'm knacked but I definitely will be keeping this up to date. I've been slacking lately it's terrible!

Baby you're a firework!

Well, I've had an amazing birthday. Spoilt doesn't even come into it. Now I'm just chilling with the family, cursing Blackberry's and watching Mock the Week with my Uncles. You see, life is good isn't it? My birthday is amazing, chocolate cake with mint flavoured frosting and mint cream in the middle, it says "sweet sixteenth demi" made outta sweeties and jelly tots around the edge. Lush!

My birthday tomorrow!

Tomorrow is my birthday! I don't know why I'm up so early this morning then, but that's life for you isn't it? Good thing is, I've got to listen to The Wanted and JLS on the radio, which I never usually hear, possibly because I'm always asleep!
Today is going to be busy, because I've got to revise so much at school, and then when I get home [an hour later, because I feel obliged to stay at English Revision Boosters with Miss Willis, God help me] I have to tidy up everything. Saying that, it will take me all of three seconds, thanks to me and my spotless room! Jade is also coming over with her blankets and clothes so I can get everything sorted for tomorrow.
      I'm so excited.

Worst Monday. EVER.

It's official to say that I've had the worst Monday imaginable. I woke up very late and had to do a super rush to get ready, then I left the lights on at home [which I only just realised when I came in at 7PM] and I didn't even get half-way through first lesson before my Aunt came to pick me up. I am the most ill I've been in ages.
Things did perk up when I went to sleep on my Nanna's sofa, wrapped up in the big thick winter duvet, watching childrens programs on TV. I felt loads better when Nanna and Auntie Gill brought in a lovely sandwich from town for me, but then Nanna took me to the doctors to get an injection, which just brought my mood way back down low.
And hilariously for me, I have to go back to school at 5.30PM tomorrow night, and stay there until 8PM, showing the Year 6 kids and their parents around, to try and make them come to my school in September. When I won't even be there, and I don't care either way anyway! What. Is. The. Point?

New York, New York.

I've spent another Sunday, whiling away my hours doing nothing productive. I've spent more than enough money on magazines, and gained nothing but the knowledge that Camel coloured coats and/or accessories are very hot right now. I've also fell in love with the New Romantic trend, but it's a shame my hair is far too short for the hairstyles.
Speaking of which, I've had my pixie cut for just over a month and it's grown out a lot. I have amazing gratitude towards the fact my hair grows rather quickly. I should make an appointment with Alice to get it cut again. Not that I should be spending anymore money. My purse hates me and it's more than likely my piggy bank is gathering dust. All in the name of fashion my friend and after I have managed to get onto my course in University, I will be able to pay for my trip to beautiful New York.
